How can i create a shortcut for an application?

Click Shortcuts in the toolbar on the left. You'll see the list of shortcuts. Click 'Add' button and the Shortcuts Editor window will pop up. Click on the radio button saying 'I want this to be a shortcut to an application'. Then decide whether this shortcut will be run automatically at the beginning of the session or not. If you do want it to run automatically, tick the appropriate box. Enter the name of the shortcut and browse for the application path. Click 'Ok'. You'll see the application shortcut in the list. Click 'Save' before exiting the shortcuts list.
