What other general options does the program have? what is the 'misc options' button for?

Click 'Misc options' button to set other general options of the program. There you can choose to enable authentication by time code or by username and password, set a key combination to administer the workstation in the locked mode (be careful not to disable these buttons) and set how much detailed your log will be (you can choose from logging only fatal errors to logging everything).

Advanced Internet Kiosk is intended for building Internet kiosks, public access PCs, or in-store terminals. It lets you disable access to files installed on your PC and prevent users from changing PC settings while gives full access to all necessary applications you specify including IE.
