Cleaning Windows Explorer Open With history
This option is used for cleaning Windows Explorer Open With history. When it is turned on, the program will perform the wiping action upon wipeout execution.

When you try to open a file of unknown type, Windows shows you the Open With dialog box you can use to specify a program to open the file. Each time you do it, Windows remembers in the registry all information about all unknown file types and programs you use to open such files. It is recommended that you clean it.
