Cleaning Common Dialog history
This option is used for cleaning Common Dialog history. When it is turned on, the program will perform the wiping action upon wipeout execution.

When you use the standard File Open and File Save dialog boxes from any programs like MS Word, MS Excel, Windows Accessories and Run Command, Windows remembers all filenames you used while working with the dialog boxes. Anyone can open these standard dialog boxes, just by opening the File Name dropdown lists and see what files you opened or saved. It is strongly recommended that you clean it.
