Remove Past Icons from the XP Tray Notification Area

Removing past icons from the tray notification area in Windows XP

This option is used for removing past icons from the tray notification area in Windows XP. When it is turned on, the program will perform the wiping action upon wipeout execution.

Security Alert
Windows XP has an option to customize your tray icons: hide inactive icons, always show or hide certain icons, and so on. Information about all tray icons is placed to Registry, and even if you do not use a program anymore or started it at least one time, Windows will store information about the tray program anyway. Therefore, anyone can open the Toolbar Properties window, press the Customize button and see what tray programs you used on your PC even if you have already deleted them. It is strongly recommended that you clean it.
