Standard encryption

When you perform standard encryption, Privacy encrypts all of the contents of the disk, directory, or file, then places it into a single .Encrypted file. To decrypt the .Encrypted file, you can either • decrypt the whole .Encrypted file at once, • view the contents of the .Encrypted file in the Privacy Viewer and select to decrypt one or more of its files. (Encrypted disks and directories only.) • view the .Encrypted file in the Privacy Viewer and double-click a file to decrypt and open it. (Encrypted disks and directories only.)
