Internet Explorer Wipeouts
This group of options is used for removing history, most recently used lists (MRU Lists), temporary Internet files and the other evidence from the Internet Explorer web browser. You can check/uncheck the options inside the group if you need to turn them on/off. When they are turned on, the program will perform the wiping actions upon wipeout execution.
When you surf the Internet, see erotic pictures, use online banking to access your accounts, and so on, Internet Explorer remembers all your steps, all pictures you have seen, all your passwords and information about your bank accounts in its temporarry files and in the Registry. Anybody with a minimal computer knowledge can easily extract all the necessary information and use it against you. It is strongly recommended that you always clean Internet Explorer after surfing the Internet.
